I rented from them for the first time and I had a great experience. The RV was clean when I got it and Renata herself was also very kind when explaining the rules. We rented it for 14 days and when we returned it then they were very kind about a small mess we made. We accidentally spilled some food in a hard to reach place and they were very helpful with cleaning it for us with a little bit of a service charge. We were all the way out in Yellowstone and the vehicle had no problems. I can definitely recommend this RV rental service and we will be coming back again. Thank you Renata.
